Victoria Morris is a prolific studio potter who has recently relocated to Ojai after having lost her home and studio to the 2025 Eaton Fire.  With over 35 years of experience working in pottery, her practice is defined by a refined, minimalist approach that emphasizes form, proportion, and restraint. Allowing for the subtle variations inherent to handmade work, Morris creates pieces that balance precision with a sense of softness. 

Her lighting, vases, and serving pieces take on an architectural quality to with shapes that are at once familiar and specific.  She employs a range of glazing techniques- from a subtle painterly style that accentuates her delicate forms to a more classically applied matte glaze to make for a bolder silhouette.
